Writing Prompts 01-20-22

Style-Building Prompt: Have a dialogue with one of your characters in a random situation that you’ll never use in your novel in order to get to know them better.

Style-Building Prompt (ALT): Write a few paragraphs without using any form of the word “to be” or “have.” (Bonus: avoid all ing words).

Fantasy Prompt: you are hunting a mythical beast, but it turns out to be more than you bargain for.

You have 45 minutes to write a short story. Good luck!
